Returns and Exchanges

At Arsheen, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury abayas. Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our garments, our refund policy is designed to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for non-customized items. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and luxury packaging intact.

Custom & Bespoke Items

Please note that items created with custom measurements or personalized design alterations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our Atelier quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
